Zscaler rolls out September GovCloud updates, led by Experience Center console

Zscaler has published its September GovCloud product roundup, headlined by the rollout of Experience Center, a unified cloud-native management console for the Zero Trust Exchange platform. The console consolidates policy, endpoint agent, internet and SaaS access, private application access and digital experience monitoring into a single interface with persona-driven workflows and role-based access control.

Other updates include AI-powered application segment recommendations and usage reporting in Zscaler Private Access, both in limited availability, and a fully managed Zero Trust Gateway offering in AWS, also limited availability. Zscaler Internet Access gained Claude tenant profile support, Google Drive link expiration controls, proximity matching for custom DLP dictionaries and an upload action for Google Gemini.

Zscaler Client Connector shipped a Windows release addressing stability and connectivity issues plus an Android and ChromeOS update fixing several security vulnerabilities, including a local denial-of-service vector rated CVSS 7.0 and remote code execution flaws. Zidentity added configurable password policy controls, and ZDX gained TCP traceroute type options for Cloud Path probes.
