Zscaler details how ZDX Network Intelligence pinpoints ISP slowdowns

Zscaler has published a guide to using its ZDX Network Intelligence tool to identify which ISP or network hop is causing user slowdowns. The tool, delivered through the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange, collects telemetry every five minutes and uses machine learning to baseline performance.

It allows network teams to drill into BGP autonomous systems and individual hops, and offers peer impact analysis to confirm whether an issue is widespread. Zscaler says customers report up to 98% faster issue detection and resolution, citing Careem’s 62% reduction in mean time to resolve.
