ZeroRisk raises $10m Series A for merchant cyber risk platform

ZeroRisk, an Irish cybersecurity company that helps payment providers manage cyber risk across their merchant portfolios, has raised $10 million in Series A funding. The round was led by MiddleGame Ventures with participation from existing investor Elkstone.
The company said the investment will support global expansion, product development and the operational capacity needed to deploy its platform across large merchant portfolios. ZeroRisk already works with payment businesses including Bank of America, Global Payments, Checkout.com and Trust Payments, and expects revenue to grow threefold in 2026.
Founded in 2023, ZeroRisk gives banks and payment providers a single view of cyber risk across their merchant portfolios, combining risk monitoring, compliance, education, guided remediation and protection services. The company operates in Ireland and the United States, with offices in Dublin, Atlanta and Longford.
