Wiz showcases AWS partnership at Re:Invent 2024

Wiz showcased its cloud security platform at AWS re:Invent 2024, highlighting new integrations and partnerships with AWS. The company announced Wiz Defend, a suite for detection, investigation, and response, and the availability of its Runtime Sensor on the Amazon EC2 Image Builder Console.

Wiz also received the AWS Marketplace Partner of the Year award and the Security Lake Service Ready Specialization. It supports new AWS Resource Control Policies and the Amazon EKS Auto Mode, and introduced a plugin for Amazon Q Developer that brings Wiz insights into the AWS console.

The company participated in several sessions, including a fireside chat with Siemens and a FinOps discussion, and emphasized its code-to-cloud approach to security.
