Wiz receives Morgan Stanley Innovation Award

Wiz has been named a winner of Morgan Stanley’s Innovation Award in the cyber category at the bank’s 20th Innovation Summit in Palo Alto, California. The award recognises technology partners that have made a material contribution to Morgan Stanley’s technology platform.

Wiz co-founder and CEO Assaf Rappaport accepted the award on behalf of the company, which has become foundational to Morgan Stanley’s cloud security transformation. Katherine Wetmur, Morgan Stanley’s co-CTO, said Wiz helps the bank visualise its entire cloud environment and drive actionable insights in minutes, making cloud security an enabler and breaking down barriers between security and development teams.

Rappaport said Morgan Stanley has been a key partner for Wiz and helped guide how the company designed its product to protect large and fast-growing organisations. Previous winners of the award include Zoom and Confluent.
