Wiz raises $1bn at $12bn valuation

Cloud security company Wiz has raised $1bn in a funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Thrive Capital, giving it a valuation of $12bn.

The company said the funds will support talent acquisition, product expansion, and strategic acquisitions, and it thanked customers, employees, investors, and partners for their support.
