VIAVI launches CyberFlood CF50 testing platform for 100G networks

VIAVI Solutions has introduced the CyberFlood CF50, a 1U appliance it describes as the smallest and lightest all-in-one platform for enterprise-scale application performance, security, AI inference and large-language model testing up to 100G.

The company said the CF50 has the lowest power consumption in its class, native post-quantum cryptography support and TLS performance 1.75 times that of its nearest competitor. It generates encrypted and mixed application traffic so organisations can assess performance, scalability, resilience and quality of experience before deployment.

The platform includes a web interface that does not require a Windows client, and supports automated goal-seeking, MITRE ATT&CK frameworks and repeatable traffic-mix testing. It sits below the existing CyberFlood CF1000, which targets large enterprises needing higher performance.
