TrendAI extends NVIDIA Agent Safety Platform with threat intelligence and AI factory security

TrendAI, the AI security business unit of Trend Micro, has announced support for the NVIDIA Agent Safety Platform, pairing hardware-level detection on NVIDIA BlueField DPUs with its Zero Day Initiative threat intelligence. The company said the combination is aimed at helping enterprises move autonomous agent fleets from pilot projects into production.
The platform places policy enforcement outside the agent’s execution environment, with OpenShell and BlueField-4 DPUs providing a host-independent security layer in silicon. TrendAI said it complements that enforcement with the intelligence that informs policy, visibility into agent activity, and threat detection and response.
TrendAI Vision One extends the safeguards across agents, models, containers, storage and networks on a single platform. Rachel Jin, chief platform and business officer at TrendAI, said security has to cover the model, the harness and every tool and data source an agent touches.
