Trellix appoints David Pieterse and David Soto to leadership team

Trellix has appointed David Pieterse as Chief Operating Officer for go-to-market and David Soto as Chief Information Security Officer, strengthening its leadership across commercial operations and enterprise security.

Pieterse will lead Trellix’s go-to-market operations, supporting the company’s growth strategy, customer relationships and strategic partnerships. He joins from Recorded Future, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer through its acquisition by Mastercard, and has previously held revenue leadership roles at Snow Software and Kong.

Soto will lead Trellix’s enterprise security programme and resilience strategy, as well as overseeing the company’s Customer Zero programme. He brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity experience, most recently as Head of Infrastructure Security at Amazon, where he led a security programme spanning more than 4,000 sites across 30 countries. He has also held positions at Check Point, Optiv and Pacific Life.
