TopHat Security raises Series A led by Landolt Securities

TopHat Security, Inc., a provider of cybersecurity for operational technology, critical infrastructure, government, and AI environments, has closed a Series A financing round led by Landolt Securities, Inc., which also served as placement agent. The investment will support expansion of the company’s O-RANGE platform and its broader enterprise portfolio, including OT visibility, asset discovery, cyber supply-chain security, and AI infrastructure protection.

O-RANGE is an OT range and emulation platform that lets organisations build digital twins of industrial systems to safely test attack scenarios and remediation plans. The company also presented at DEF CON 34’s ICS Village, where CEO Matt Caldwell discussed findings from its IRONMAP internet scan.
