Rig Security launches with $12m seed to track AI agents acting under employee identities

Israeli identity security startup Rig Security has launched with $12m in seed funding to help enterprises monitor the AI agents that operate under their employees’ accounts. Ten Eleven Ventures and Brightmind Partners co-led the round, with CrowdStrike participating as a strategic investor alongside a group of cybersecurity founders and executives.
The company’s platform targets a gap in identity logging: coding assistants and autonomous agents rarely sign in under their own identity, so their actions are recorded against the developer or service account that launched them. Rig’s Identity Correlation Engine uses machine learning to match a single identity across identity providers, cloud infrastructure and on-premises systems, which the company says is more than 96% accurate, feeding a live graph of access held by people, service accounts and agents.
Enforcement runs on the endpoint through a lightweight sensor that separates an agent’s session from the user’s own and can stop a risky action before it leaves the machine without interrupting the employee. Rig said Fortune 200 companies in financial services, insurance and health care already run it in production, and that the 20-person company analyses hundreds of millions of identity events monthly. The software is available through the AWS Marketplace and the CrowdStrike Marketplace.
