Rig Security emerges from stealth with $12m seed for agentic AI identity protection

Rig Security has emerged from stealth with $12m in seed funding and an identity protection platform aimed at the agentic AI era. The round was led by Ten Eleven Ventures and Brightmind Partners, with participation from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund and angel investors.
The Tel Aviv company was founded in 2025 by Guy Kozliner, formerly of the CTO team at Wiz, and counts Wiz co-founder Ami Luttwak among its angels. Its platform pairs RICE, an identity correlation engine, with Bifrost, an endpoint sensor that separates an AI agent’s session from the user’s own and enforces policy without blocking the employee.
Rig says the platform is already in production with Fortune 200 organisations in financial services, insurance, healthcare and technology. The funding will go towards detection and enforcement research, US go-to-market expansion and partner investment.
