Nucleus Security launches Helix AI engine for exposure management

Nucleus Security has unveiled Nucleus Helix, an artificial intelligence engine at the centre of its exposure management platform. The engine powers three capabilities: an expansion of its Nucleus Insights vulnerability intelligence service, available now, and two features arriving in September, Nucleus Discover and the Nucleus Helix AI Agent.
Nucleus Discover is a passive detection tool that surfaces exposure in technology not covered by scanners and in newly disclosed flaws without signatures. The Helix AI Agent provides a natural-language interface for querying findings, tracing asset ownership and spinning up workflows.
The expanded Insights service adds datasets covering Patch Tuesday, end-of-life operating systems and CISA’s SSVC decision framework, which aligns with Binding Operational Directive 26-04. Nucleus holds FedRAMP Moderate authorisation and supports the Department of Defense and defence industrial base under CMMC 2.0.
