Nexus IT completes acquisition of Loyal IT

Nexus IT, a national provider of managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity and compliance services, has completed its acquisition of Loyal IT, an Austin-based IT services firm. The deal is Nexus IT’s 12th acquisition and expands its platform into the Texas market.

Loyal IT brings more than two decades of experience serving compliance-driven industries such as legal, accounting and healthcare. Nexus IT will integrate Loyal IT’s team and clients into its national platform, expanding access to its services.
