AI security company HiddenLayer has raised $100m in a Series B funding round, bringing its total funding to more than $155m. The round was led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Booz Allen Ventures, Microsoft’s venture fund M12, Morgan Stanley and Ten Eleven Ventures.

Founded in 2022 and based in Austin, HiddenLayer secures the lifecycle of agentic, generative and predictive AI applications. Its platform provides discovery, AI supply chain security, attack simulation and runtime protection for AI agents.

The company plans to use the funds to expand its platform with agentic runtime security capabilities, particularly for AI coding agents. It aims to give enterprises visibility into how AI agents behave in production and to stop anomalous behaviour such as manipulation, misuse and unauthorised actions.
