Edge Case launches Guardian, an AI platform for tracking risk across autonomous systems

Edge Case has launched Guardian, an AI-driven platform that connects safety analysis, engineering data and operational signals to give teams a continuous understanding of how system risk evolves. The platform is designed for autonomous systems in commercial and defence applications.

Guardian builds on Edge Case’s experience in safety engineering and brings its safety expertise into software that can scale with customers. It creates a Digital Safety Twin, a living model of the system that brings together safety requirements such as system designs, hazard analyses, test artefacts and safety claims.

The company said Guardian helps teams identify issues earlier and keep their safety case current as systems evolve. Six customer agreements have already been signed across commercial and defence sectors.
