Cymphony launches with $30M to track AI agent access

Enterprise security startup Cymphony Inc. launched today with $30 million in funding and a platform that maps what employees and AI agents can reach inside company systems. The two-year-old company is valued at over $100 million.
Cymphony’s workforce security graph combines identities, permissions, sensitive data and activity into a single queryable map. The software covers AI tool usage, exposed data, identity hygiene and insider threats, with investigation handled through a conversational assistant called Maestro.
The $25 million Series A was co-led by Sequoia Capital and SMBC Fin Atlas Beyond Fund, with Sequoia having previously backed the company in an unannounced seed round. Early customers include Syngenta, KKR, Cass Information Systems and Athennian, and Cymphony says it reached seven figures in annual recurring revenue within its first year of selling.
