Cyera raises $400m extension to Series G

Cyera has raised $400m from Goldman Sachs as an extension to the Series G round it closed in June. The company said it is now valued at over $12bn, having been valued at $12bn in the earlier close.
The funding follows Cyera’s push into AI agent security. It launched Agent Guardian, which inventories the agents that touch a company’s data and scans them for vulnerabilities such as excessive access, and Cyera Endpoint, which monitors agents running on employee devices and blocks business data from being loaded into non-work agents.
Earlier this month Cyera completed its $1bn acquisition of Oasis Security, which secures the non-human identities that AI agents use to log into corporate applications. Cyera said it will use the new capital to build more AI security features and expand adoption in the federal government and international markets.
