CrowdStrike Announces Agentic Identity Provider

CrowdStrike has introduced Agentic Identity Provider (Agentic IdP) within Falcon Next-Gen Identity Security, creating an identity control plane for AI agents. The product gives each AI agent a trusted identity, links it to the humans and workloads behind it, and grants access only when needed.

The company also expanded modern privileged access across SaaS applications, endpoints, code repositories and cloud infrastructure, extending zero standing privileges to where humans and AI agents operate. These moves build on CrowdStrike’s Continuous Identity vision, replacing standing privileges with access that adapts to real-time security and business context.

In addition, CrowdStrike is extending Falcon Complete MDR services to Falcon Shield, bringing 24/7 expert-led monitoring and response to SaaS security capabilities within Falcon Next-Gen Identity Security.
