Cloud Range launches AI Validation Range and AI Readiness Framework

Cloud Range has launched its AI Validation Range alongside an AI Readiness Framework, giving organisations a structured way to test AI models and agents in realistic environments before handing them operational responsibility. The vendor, which sells a cyber range platform for validating human and AI readiness, said the range recreates enterprise environments with licensed tools and complex traffic generation, and uses its library of automated adversary attack emulations to red team AI without risking production systems.
The framework is built on a five-step PROVE process: prepare and train, risk assessment, operational testing, validate and benchmark, then evaluate and evolve. Cloud Range said the stages are designed to move security leaders from assumptions about AI performance to evidence-based decisions on deployment, autonomy and oversight, and to support continuous revalidation as models, threats and permissions change.
Chief executive Debbie Gordon said recent incidents involving rogue AI agents have shown that a successful test is not the same as proven readiness, and that an agent can meet its objective while taking an unintended path. The AI Validation Range is available now, and the company has published The Cyber Readiness Guide for Agentic AI.
