Citrix has announced Citrix Session Insights, an AI-powered capability for Citrix SecurAccess with Chrome Enterprise that captures and analyses browser activity from users and autonomous agents.

The tool combines visual session evidence with AI risk analysis and recommendations, giving security teams a record of sensitive activity and helping them investigate incidents faster. Citrix said it addresses a gap where existing tools identify events such as file uploads or blocked copy actions but lack the context to show how they relate.

Citrix co-president Hector Lima said the enterprise AI conversation is shifting from access to accountability, and that organisations need context to investigate unexpected outcomes and adapt policies as human and agent workflows intertwine.
