The Inbox Is Disappearing. Why Security Must Follow the Workspace
Image: Check Point

Check Point has published a blog post arguing that enterprise security must adapt to the modern workspace, which now spans email, browsers, SaaS applications, collaboration platforms, identities, endpoints, data stores and AI agents.

The post contends that attackers follow the flow of work across these environments, moving from email to chat, from browser sessions into SaaS applications, and from identity prompts to data. It highlights a structural gap in traditional security architecture that still protects a defined perimeter.
