Brinqa acquires PlexTrac to add validated remediation to exposure management

Brinqa has acquired PlexTrac, adding the ability to verify that remediation efforts have worked. The combined platform aims to identify and prioritise exposures, drive remediation, and validate that fixes hold, closing the continuous threat exposure management loop.

Brinqa’s CEO Dan Pagel said PlexTrac brings real offensive security depth to the company. The acquisition follows a period of strong growth for Brinqa, which reported 164% year-over-year growth in new bookings in 2025 and more than doubled new logo bookings in 2026.
