Breach Secure Now has received certification from the Texas Department of Information Resources for its 2026-27 Texas Artificial Intelligence Training programme. The certification confirms the course meets the state’s AI awareness training requirements under Texas Government Code Sections 2054.5191 and 2054.5193.

The company has also released a companion 2026-27 Texas Cybersecurity Training course. Both are aimed at state agencies, local governments and K-12 school districts, covering topics such as human oversight, privacy, data security and the verification of AI-generated information.

Each course ends with a 10-question assessment, and employees who pass receive a certificate of completion. BSN chief executive Art Gross said public-sector AI readiness is as much a workforce challenge as a technology one, requiring staff to understand both the potential of AI and the responsibility that comes with using it securely.
