Athena Agentic has acquired Maxxsure, a provider of cyber risk quantification and insurance analytics. The deal brings Maxxsure’s M-Score platform, which scores organisational cyber risk in financial terms, into Athena Agentic’s unified cyber operations platform.

Maxxsure calculates risk from an organisation’s own operations, external exposure and vendor landscape, and has been adopted across financial services, healthcare, gaming and government. Its technology will be integrated into Athena Agentic’s platform to support proactive, executive-aligned risk governance.

Terms were not disclosed. The transaction took effect on 5 June 2026. Maxxsure customers will continue to receive support and gain access to enhanced capabilities as integration progresses.
