Armadin raises $255.5m Series B at $2.5bn valuation

Armadin has raised $255.5m in a Series B round co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Accel, valuing the company at more than $2.5bn. Bain Capital Ventures and Redpoint joined as new investors, while existing backers 8VC, Ballistic Ventures, Google Ventures, In-Q-Tel, Kleiner Perkins and Menlo Ventures returned. Total funding now stands at $445m.
The company emerged from stealth seven months ago and runs agentic attack campaigns in production for Fortune 500 enterprises and government customers. Its platform deploys a swarm of specialised agents that chain low-severity weaknesses into validated kill chains, showing security teams the attack paths an adversary would use and the blast radius of each.
Armadin said the investment will scale its agentic security platform along with its research, training and go-to-market efforts. CEO Kevin Mandia said AI gives attackers an advantage that only daily training against the best offence can counter.
