Akamai and Deloitte Canada form alliance for platform-based cyber resilience

Akamai has announced a strategic alliance with Deloitte Canada to help organisations build proactive cyber resilience against AI-accelerated threats. The partnership combines Deloitte’s cybersecurity advisory and managed services with Akamai’s security capabilities, including the Akamai Application Protection Platform.

The two companies aim to address the challenge of fragmented security tools and the shrinking window between threat identification and exploitation caused by advanced AI models. The alliance will focus on simplifying security architectures and reducing tool sprawl through a platform-based approach.

Deloitte Canada was recently named Akamai’s 2025 North America Services Provider of the Year. The collaboration includes joint go-to-market initiatives and knowledge sharing to support organisations across North America.
